Design Notes

We made some optimization in the basis of existing parts.We add our P43 promoter on it and optimize the sequence of ho1 and phyA. The CcaS/CcaR green-light regulating system built by us could realize adjustable regulating for target gene in Bacillus subtilis.

We synthesize it according its sequence and test the accuracy of its sequence.
